The consultation involves creating a step by step detailed staging plan for the client's home so the client will know what to do. It involves assessing each room to see what needs to be cleared out, packed up/stored, painted, furniture re-arrangement, assessing artwork and other accessories, exterior improvements, and removing personal mementos. The home should not be bare, but you want to allow the potential buyers to vision themselves in your home. Consultation pricing is for UP to 2 hours.  Any assistance needed after the consultaton is an additional fee. 

This is for the clients with properties listed on short term rental sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. I can clean, sanitize, decorate, and spruce up your property so that it will appeal to renters. I will take care of all of those little things owners usually forget when it comes to renting out their properties.  Potential renters want your property to look like it's portrayed in the pictures  and include the little things that will make their stay nice and comfortable. Similar to traditional staging, this service is ideal for DIYs and  may not include renting new furniture, or shopping for new accessories. These clients have an idea of what to do, but may need professional tips. Time restraints and/or budget factors allow clients to choose  this service. Minimal purchasing is utilized as the client may want to use what they have. Depending on the home's price point, every effort will be made to use existing pieces that will compliment the home's overall value and not cheapen the look. Consultations prices are for UP to 2 hours.
